A lived-in home with 113 sqm of mid century eclectic character across five rooms in Tengah. Built up slowly over time: Danish bones, vintage objects, surfaces with patina and warmth. Light moves through well from morning to late afternoon. Each room has its own distinct mood, from the low, moody living room to the sage-green tiled bathroom, giving you real variety within a single location. Two dogs live here, which gives the space a settled energy that reads well on camera.

Anchored by a vintage Spanish burl coffee table, with Jaymar leather tongue chairs from the early 2000s and a set of 1980s Arrben dining chairs from Italy. Each piece was chosen deliberately. Warm afternoon light from the west. Reads well from wide and from close.
Concrete and stainless backsplash, dark teak lower cabinets, industrial range hood. Honest and textured without being styled to within an inch of its life. Suited to food, lifestyle, and product work that wants a real domestic context.
The primary shooting space. A Danish secretary desk, a vintage Henry Schubell wingback armchair, and louvre blinds that break afternoon light into soft horizontal bands. Well suited to portraits and editorials that call for stillness over spectacle.
Dark forest-green narrow tile from floor to ceiling, a warm pendant overhead, artwork on the shelf and a trailing plant. Moody and specific in a way most bathrooms are not. Strong for beauty, skincare, and intimate portrait work where the environment needs to hold its own.
